How an order takes shape

Easy to start, even before you pick the blanks.

1 · Tell me the basics

Share your practice, approximate quantity, staff roles, desired garment types, logo, and ideal delivery date.

2 · Refine the look

We review garment suitability, sizes, colors, logo placement, thread colors, and any names or credentials. You approve the artwork before production.

3 · Review your quote

Once the garments and design are confirmed, you receive a custom quote covering blanks, embroidery, personalization, shipping, and timing.

If you need new artwork or a new embroidery file, the existing $20 design and digitization setup is separate from the production quote. Please contact me first so we can confirm the project and the right next step.

Let’s dress the team

Send an office brief.

A rough headcount and a logo are enough to begin. If you have inspiration photos, mention them and I’ll arrange a way to share them.

  • Practice or office name and contact
  • Type of team and staff roles
  • Estimated quantity and size range
  • Scrubs, polos, layers, caps, or a mix
  • Existing logo or new artwork needed
  • Logo locations and personalization
  • Preferred colors and garment needs
  • Delivery deadline and ZIP code

Garment styles and prices are quoted after sourcing and suitability review. You will approve the details before any batch is made.

Good to know

Common questions.

Can staff choose different styles within one order?

Usually. We can coordinate colors and logo placement across approved garments, then confirm sizes and any differences in price.

Can we add individual names or credentials?

Often, yes. Send the exact spelling and preferred format. Each personalized item is reviewed and priced separately before stitching.

Do you carry scrubs and lab coats now?

Yes, we have four shortlisted supplier styles you can browse above; they are sourced and quoted for each project. Availability, fabric, placement, and care requirements will be checked before an order is accepted.

Do we need a finished logo?

No. A sketch or clear direction can start the conversation. New artwork and digitization may require the separate $20 setup service.

What if our practice already has uniforms?

Send a photo, brand and fabric label before purchasing extras. I’ll assess whether the garment and placement are suitable for embroidery.
