01 Team & timing
Orders under six pieces are welcome and quoted individually.
Leave blank if your timing is flexible.
02 Garments & quantities

Add a line for each different garment or color. A style number or product link helps me check the exact blank. Size estimates are enough for the first quote.

You can include hats and apparel in the same request. An estimate of personalized pieces is enough now; I’ll request the final roster privately after the quote.

03 Embroidery & artwork
Optional. I can request original files and the final roster privately after we connect.

Need artwork help? Tell me what you have. I’ll review it with the project and include any design or digitizing work in the written quote before anything is charged.

04 Where to send the quote

Sending this brief is free and does not place an order. Stock and pricing are confirmed in the written quote, and inventory is not reserved until the order is approved and paid. Production timing begins after the proof, roster, sizes, stock, and payment are confirmed.
